Here IT is MIGHTY MOCHA HUNTERS!!! Our FIRST TNT of this BLC round!!! I do my best to post these challenges on Wednesday for those of us not living in the U.S. and to get a sneak peek of the challenge!
TNT stands for Tighten and Tone.....and usually works on areas that need to be toned the most! Building muscle helps burn fat.....and we all want THAT! right?!!
Week 1 TNT: Just Do It!
Strength train to your choice of exercises and "Just Do It!" to get BLC21 started right.

How many rolls will you do?!!!
TNT: Dice Challenge
You will need 2 dice. If you only have one, that's OK...you can just roll it twice. The first die will tell you what TYPE of exercise you will do and the second die will tell you HOW MANY reps you will do. You can also go to www.random.org/dice/ and it will automatically roll the dice for you.
Hint: Roll the dice the night before your TNT and write down what you rolled and do throughout the date OR get the kids involved with this TNT. The little ones like to roll the dice for you!
You are welcome to roll the dice the night before or morning of and write down your numbers for TNT and complete each of the "rolls".
If you roll a 1....Arm reps (your choice): multiply the number on the second die by 2, this is
the number of reps you will do
If you roll a 2....Core reps (your choice): multiply the number on the second die by 2, this is
the number of reps you will do
If you roll a 3....Leg reps (your choice): multiply the number on the second die by 2, this is
the number of reps you will do
If you roll a 4....side steps (with a little squat action): multiply the number on the second die
by 2, this is the number of reps you will do
If you roll a 5....march in place (high knees): multiply the number on the second die by 30
seconds, this will be the amount of time you march in place. If you roll a three, you will march in place for 1 minute 30 seconds, if you roll a 6 you will march in place for 3 minutes
If you roll a 6....sips of water, equal to the number on the second die
So if I roll a 5 and then 3, I will march in place for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Tip for team captains: Every time you roll BOTH dice and complete that action, that is one roll of the dice. There is not a limit to the number of times you can roll the dice. Challenge your team to a certain number (can you do 50 rolls? How about 100 rolls?). Last round one of the captains said she was going to roll 100 times and the rest of the team followed suit.
